The Key Information Document (KID) is a standardized product information document required by the EU regulation on Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products (PRIIPs) and the Swiss Financial Services Act (FinSA). It provides a brief and simplified overview about key features, risks and costs of certain financial instruments. In addition, it facilitates the comparison between different products.
Both PRIIPs KID and FinSA KID are applicable to advisory and execution services (only buy transactions) provided to retail investors domiciled in or serviced from the EEA (European Economic Area) and Switzerland, respectively. In case the product manufacturer does not provide a FinSA KID, the PRIIPs version can be used alternatively since it is accepted under FinSA as a legal equivalent. If you are domiciled in or serviced from the EEA, please make sure you access the PRIIPs KID.
By using the search function you can retrieve KIDs of Credit Suisse and third party products. In case no KID is found, please contact your Relationship Manager.
Please note that this website does not provide access to the Key Investor Information Document (KIID). This document might be available for funds issued in the EEA or Switzerland and be used instead of the KID until December 31st, 2022. You can retrieve it via www.fundinfo.com.
